$5 fee is added for travel, I will come to your home or waive the $5 if we decide to do long distance reiki.

Pricing is $30 per 30 minutes in 15 minute increments. Ex: 45 minutes would be $45.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Why choose reiki?
Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

How it’s done:
Reiki is best held in a peaceful setting, but it can be done anywhere even long distance. You will sit in a comfortable massage chair, fully clothed. There may or may not be music, depending on your preference.

I will place my hands lightly on or over specific areas of the head, limbs, and torso using different hand shapes, for between 2 and 5 minutes. The hands can be placed over 20 different areas of the body.

If there is a particular injury, such as a burn, the hands may be held just above the wound.

While I hold my hands lightly on or over you body, the transfer of energy takes place. During this time, my hands may be warm and tingling. Each hand position is held until I sense that the energy has stopped flowing. I will continue to do this over each part of your body that needs the energy transference up to your allotted time.

**Even though you may have picked an area or I may have recommended an area of healing, by doing reiki the energy travels to the areas that need the healing regardless of where my focus or your focus is**

Tools: Crystals, Tibetan Sound Bowls, Aromatherapy, Soothing Music (these tools may or may not be used during your session)

With any type of healing you may not feel the effects right away so more sessions are recommended.
