My name is Zahira (which means Beautiful Luminous Light in Arabic) but, I go by Queen. I’ve always had a passion for helping people in any capacity as well as mentoring them. I officially started my business in 2018 after witnessing someone very close to me go through pre-term labor a couple of years prior. That experience is what sparked my interest in becoming a doula (birth advocate/supporter); a service I provide. 

Since I was a child I’ve always had a deep connection to spirituality and accepted people from all different walks of life. I got my first set of tarot cards when I was in the 9th grade as a birthday gift. I really didn’t do much with them until I was in my early twenties. I started to develop a love for crystals, oracles decks, learning about chakras and energy healing, which is when I got my  Level One Reiki Attunement. 

Then the last last thing that started ILHF was my personal journey into having a healthier lifestyle and wanting to lose weight. I tried everything, but due to having PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) it was hard for me to lose weight. I had heard about a company called Total Life Changes (TLC) in 2018 that I am now a distributor of. I heard that they had great products and you could make a decent living with the products, but I was scared do invest in the company. Well in March of 2020 at the start of a pandemic, I lost my job. I didn’t know what I was going to do, but then I saw someone I knew and trusted had just become a distributor for TLC and she was losing weight and making money. So I decided to use part of my last paycheck to invest in myself and in my business! I learned about the many all natural health and wellness products TLC had to offer. I used them, I became a product of the product and in turn I lost the weight I wanted, I gained more confidence and increased my bank account at the same time. 

All of these things plus much more is what birthed Infinite Life Health & Fitness and I want to welcome you to the family, we are now infinitely connected.✨
